A Systems Leader develops strategies and plans that support business needs, and are aligned with departmental and organizational objectives and goals; they hire, counsel, provide development opportunities and evaluate support personnel as well as perform administrative duties for employee job performance, salary and planning. They plan, direct, monitor and control projects using the project management discipline.
